Michelin-rated chef Nicolas Houlbert (Boulud, Ze Kitchen Galerie, and Mavrommatis) and local owner/chef boulanger Arben Gasi (Le French Dad Bakery & Café), will oversee this year’s gourmet repas campagnard with a New Orleans twist. The evening will begin with a Cocktail Hour from 5-6pm featuring cocktails and a selection of amuse bouches. The buffet from 6-9pm will feature paté, charcuterie, crudités & crostinis, tartlettes, Louisiana salad, artisanal breads, and cheese; as well as miniature versions of classic French cakes and tartes for dessert, and of course refreshing French wine.
